Data Deletion Instructions

EagleAI LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the ParPal Golf mobile application and website ("ParPal"). This page explains how you can request deletion of your ParPal account and associated personal data, including data collected in connection with Facebook / Meta advertising or login.

What data can be deleted

When you request deletion, we permanently remove:

  • Your ParPal account and profile information
  • Golf rounds, shot data, and performance history tied to your account
  • Voice / biometric data associated with your account (destroyed within 30 days)
  • Other personal information we hold about you, except where retention is required by law

Anonymized analytics that cannot reasonably identify you may be retained for product improvement. Data held by third-party services (for example payment processors) may be retained under their own policies.

How to request deletion

Option 1: Delete in the app or website

  1. Sign in to ParPal at parpal.golf/login or in the ParPal mobile app
  2. Go to Account → Delete Account
  3. Follow the on-screen confirmation steps to permanently delete your account

Option 2: Email a deletion request

If you cannot access your account, or prefer to request deletion by email, contact us at:

Please include:

  • The email address associated with your ParPal account
  • A clear statement that you want your account and personal data deleted
  • If you interacted with us through Facebook / Meta, any Facebook name or related details that help us locate your records

Processing timeline

  • We will acknowledge email deletion requests within 7 business days
  • Account and personal data are permanently deleted within 30 days of a verified request
  • You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete (for email requests, when we have a valid contact address)

Facebook / Meta users

If you used Facebook Login or interacted with ParPal through Meta platforms, you may also remove ParPal access from your Facebook account settings (Settings → Apps and Websites). Removing app access on Facebook does not automatically delete your ParPal account data — please use one of the deletion methods above to delete data we store.
